TOWER OF POWER Comes To Platinum!

The premier "Urban Soul Music" group, Tower of Power, was in the studio recording on the Broadway Musical Hairspray. They were amazing!

The API Console Has Arrived!

Studio A recently installed an API 1608 analog console. Owner, Barry Gibbons, recalls how he felt the first time he listened to the console. "I couldn't believe my ears.... It felt like we had replaced our control room monitors. It was huge, wide and more open than we had ever anticipated. We had used API gear for years, so we knew it would be awesome, but we were still shocked at how beautiful everything sounded".

The mastering room adds Mytek converters for multi channel stemming and high resolution masters. We also utilize Pacific Microsonics HDCD Model 1 and Benchmark AD/DA. In all, the mastering room has added some great new capabilities over the past year, transforming what was already a highly versatile mastering room into a room with capabilities found in few places around the world.
